With a background in enterprise sales and negotiation within cybersecurity, along with years of personal real estate investing experience, Heidi brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Since 2014, Heidi and her husband Chris have actively invested in real estate across single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties. Their investment experience includes ownership in multifamily investments representing more than 1,200 doors, giving Heidi a deeper understanding of market trends, valuation, risk assessment, and long-term asset performance. She believes real estate is not simply about transactions, but about helping clients make informed decisions that support their long-term goals.

Heidi is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and relationship-focused approach. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, relocating clients, or investors, she strives to create a process that feels organized, transparent, and supportive from start to finish. Outside of real estate, Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball and softball, cooking, and following sports. She and Chris have three adult children, five grandchildren, and five French Bulldogs who keep life entertaining and full of energy.
